Casting for America's Next Top Model

Because of my vast connections within the entertainment business, I've learned that CW50 Detroit is looking for local women, ages 18-27, to represent Detroit on the 12th Cycle of America’s Next Top Model. The television station will hold an open casting call at South Beach Pizza Bar in Detroit on Tuesday, July 22 from 3 pm until 6 pm. South Beach Pizza Bar will open this month inside the historic Fisher Building.

Each woman attending the casting call must bring a completed application along with three photographs of herself:
  • Close up of face;
  • Full body in clothes; and
  • Full body in bathing suit.
Photos must all be in color, or maximum of one black and white photograph. Along with completed application and photographs, applicants should also provide legible copies of their U.S. passport or driver’s license as well as a social security card or birth certificate. Applicants will be videotaped by CW50 Detroit and will have a maximum of three minutes to explain why they should be contestants on America’s Next Top Model.

I have to confess, I had no idea who Hayley Williams  was prior to this morning nor did I have any idea who the band Paramore was. In fact, now that I do know, I'm not all that certain that I really care about Paramore. But I digress. The thing is, sometime last night, Hayley Williams' Twitter account was reportedly hacked. This resulted in a photo of Hayless Williams topless making its way onto the internet. Hayley Williams insists that it was a simple security breach. Personally, I can't help but feel that this smells too much like a publicity stunt. Either way, the photo is out there and a lot more people suddenly know who Hayley Williams is - coincidence or not. Oh, and yes - it has taken an enormous amount of restraint for me to not show the uncensored version of that photo.

I was surfing the web last night, looking for more news on Kristen Bell . I came across this post on TMZ.com about Kristen at the beach . They were critical of the photo of her to the left, but admired her in the one to the right. I don't care what the folks at TMZ say. Granny shades or not. Hair up or down. Kristen Bell looks darn hot.
