Casting Call - Be In My Next Movie
Knemonic Productions, LLC (http://www.knemonic.com) in association with Prince Igor Productions, Inc. (my production company - on-line @ http://www.igorfilms.com) and Roaring Kitten Studios, LLC are looking for actors to star in two short films being shot in and around Detroit during the month of August, 2006. "Eve", a drama, is about a Polish immigrant haunted by a relationship from his childhood. "Sleepy Guy", a comedy, is about a guy who has extreme difficulty waking up, but with a twist.
Auditions will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Saturday, July 15 in Troy, MI. Directions and details will be given along with your scheduled audition appointment time. Both films are non-paying projects up front, but contingent compensation will be available. Also, food and beverages will be provided for actors and crew during principal photography.
We are interested in viewing resumes and headshots of actors of ALL shapes, sizes, and races. However, we do have specific needs for the following types for "Eve":
Interested actors must send a headshot and acting resume to casting@knemonic.com or post both to the Knemonic Productions Actor's Lounge forum (http://www.knemonic.com/forum/) before Midnight US Eastern Time on Wednesday, July 12 in order to be eligible for this audition.
In addition to the script excerpts that will be provided with directions to the audition, actors should come prepared with a monolog of their own choosing. If possible, please also bring a copy of your demo reel.

- Male (mid 20s through mid 30s);
- Female (mid 20s through mid 30s)
- Young girl (ages 12 through 15), preferably of European descent;
- Young male (ages 12 thought 17), preferably of European descent
