Okay, I've learned over the years lot to expect very much from the Bush Administration when it comes to basic competence. But sometimes they manage to suprise me.
Like by posting detailed descriptions, in Arabic, of how to make an atomic bomb on the internet.
I mean, really - what were they thinking?
How did they ever win not one but two presidential elections?
Oh, yeah - I forgot. Al Gore and John Kerry each dropped the ball in a major-league way.
Will someone please wake me when it's January of 2009?
