Three Words

I have three words that will change the lives of anyone in southeastern Michigan who is interested: Detroit Fringe Festival.

It's next weekend. 30 hours of non-stop acts.

I'm curating the film portion of the event on Saturday morning with their Green Eggs & Ham Breakfast, complete with an edgy eco documentary. This is going to be so darn cool.

If anyone wants info on discounted tickets, please let me know. Shoot me an email and I'll send you the info.

Darling: this one is worth the trip in from Ottawa.

Sure - Frank can provide the financial support and I'll provide the emotional support - lol.

I had a conference dinner down at Sweet Georgia Brown this evening and I think in an effort to find the place (I know, it's right on a corner, can't miss it once you know what and where it is), and I think I saw the venue for the festival.

I don't know if I can make it, but I hope you get a lot of good pics.

I have to confess, I had no idea who Hayley Williams  was prior to this morning nor did I have any idea who the band Paramore was. In fact, now that I do know, I'm not all that certain that I really care about Paramore. But I digress. The thing is, sometime last night, Hayley Williams' Twitter account was reportedly hacked. This resulted in a photo of Hayless Williams topless making its way onto the internet. Hayley Williams insists that it was a simple security breach. Personally, I can't help but feel that this smells too much like a publicity stunt. Either way, the photo is out there and a lot more people suddenly know who Hayley Williams is - coincidence or not. Oh, and yes - it has taken an enormous amount of restraint for me to not show the uncensored version of that photo.

I was surfing the web last night, looking for more news on Kristen Bell . I came across this post on TMZ.com about Kristen at the beach . They were critical of the photo of her to the left, but admired her in the one to the right. I don't care what the folks at TMZ say. Granny shades or not. Hair up or down. Kristen Bell looks darn hot.
